Refund Policy
At The Fit Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fitness and padel gear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward 14-day return policy.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags and protective films attached.
- Hygiene Notice: For specific wellness and recovery products (e.g., massage equipment, wearable items), the factory seal must remain unbroken for health and hygiene reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items explicitly marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'
- Products that show signs of use, wear and tear, or are missing parts not due to our error.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect, and we will resolve the issue for you right away.
